We foolishly signed up in November 2014 and put a £500 deposit down to advertise in the local doctors surgery as we offer Massage Therapy and thought it would be good place to advertise and build up a relationship. After continuously writing and phoning CNetwork.tv or sometimes known as The Community Network finally admitted they couldn't get our advert working and offered us an alternative location.
We said that they only reason we signed up was that we could advertise in that location and asked to cancel our contract and get a full refund . They point blank refused. Luckily we paid everything by credit card so Nat West have refunded our money as the goods and services paid for were not delivered. Beware !!!!!!!
