The quality of their work was bad, my daughter who is a surveyor with a local council had to reject a lot of their work, this causes cash flow problems and extra paper work.

What can I say, the forum worked, Mr Site has resolved my problem after 2 weeks, but within a few hours of me writing this thread?
Mr Site has a good basic product, but their after sales care is bad.
At the end of the day we all have to look after our customers and look at improving our customer care.
So well done to the "MY LOCAL FORUMS"
