Anybody else had any bad experineces?
Has any body used their support recently, unable to get a simple answer to a question about moving a domain name. Their package is good, but their support is bad? Anybody else had any bad experineces? Mark Pitts

Welcome aboard Nicola, nice to have you with us.” What can I say, the forum worked, Mr Site has resolved my problem after 2 weeks, but within a few hours of me writing this thread? Mr Site has a good basic product, but their after sales care is bad. At the end of the day we all have to look after our customers and look at improving our customer care. So well done to the "MY LOCAL FORUMS" Mark Pitts
And on another positive note, glitches on the new PSP Swimming Pool Services site are now a thing of the past, and should have the site finished tomorrow, then its SEO SEO SEO! Mark is a Saint! |
