Then I have to say you have a bad landlord. I would just find yourself a descent house and lanlord. It clearly seems like he doesn't want to fix the issues.

Has rent prices gone up in your area? Have you asked him/her why? As I landlord I know I would generally prefer a good tenant who pays on time for little less money.

Kip, I agree with you. You may have misunderstood me a little bit. We have been using Twitter, Facebook etc from early on. Some of my best contacts have been made via forums. Most of our business comes through natural search results. Luckily we come page one for a lot of our desired keywords. I was just pondering the thought that could Twitter get us IT Support Contracts. I know MySpace is used very effectively by the music idustry targeting teenagers. However, no everybody else has had great success with MySpace!

Are you finding that you get business from Twitter, Facebook etc. I suppose you will given that you are in the web business. However, I wonder if it will help an IT Support Company like us concentrating in the London area.

I enjoy what I do, so motivation is not often an issue. But I find myself working all the time. Which is not always a good thing when you have a family.

He might be a successful business man but I can't see people paying for everyday news. I can see people paying to access something like the FT.
