im trying to do it myself and have 2 options

but cannot seem to get video playing in sitebuilder even though it gives me options to upload it .

i dont want it on youtube or any other video host i just need it on my own site . 

if i upload to my hosting account how do i show it on my page ie do you know the code or is their a program i need to install first 

I looking to a video to my website but dont want it hosted by a third party like youtube . is their a way for me to host on my own server .
