It started like this, in December 2010 I saw an email in my spam folder, which was from Air Passenger Fuel Surcharge Settlement Administrator. It seemed slightly unusual and I was curious enough to take a look and it stated:-

This was the first I'd heard of anything so I was mildly curious so Googled it and sure enough it was mentioned in various places back in 2008 - Where was I?!!

Anyway, it seems that I may get a refund to afford to buy a pint.. ..life changing stuff.

Goodness know how much it's costing to administrate it all, but anyway, if you travelled on Virgin or BA between Aug'04-Mar'06 and have a few minutes to spare you too can apply to get a few more pennies to but a pint

Not off hand, have you tried contacting your hosting company - they may be able to give you some options as they're probably dealing with these things on a regular basis?
