I currently run my business from home but have a separate room so my family know that when I am in there they are to leave me alone unless it is really important.

I also read somewhere once that to get you in the right frame of mind to start work in the morning try going out of the house, for a walk round the block or something and return as though you are entering a place of work (office. etc)

I shall keep all the tips from this thread in mind for when I work from home full time.

I currently still have a full time job as well as running my business so I work around the hours of that job, but I tend to work better later in the day/evening anyway so can be working until as late as midnight some days. If possible I try to answer emails, etc in the morning before my other job starts so around 9-10am
