I'm hopefully off to a small local business networking meet-up in the morning nr. Stratford-upon-Avon.

I've never bothered with this type of thing before, has anyone who's been to similar got any opinions or views on these types of business networking events?

Don't know if any property or legal people here, but will ask anyway.

I saw a local property advertised on Tuesday which looks very cheap, phoned agent today to here an offer was accepted on Monday.

It turns out the property was marketed on Friday, one viewing on Saturday, sold on Monday.

I am on the mailing list of the agent but received no info (just saw it by chance on Tuesday)

The agents are refusing to accept or pass on any higher offers.

I thought they were supposed to act on the best behalf of the seller and pass on any other offers, anyone know if this is true,

Just to add, the property looks about 20% undervalued.
