From the start the communication was clear and prompt including questions asked prior to the evening. Dave called us a week before to discuss our likes/dislikes and style, which went perfectly on the night and everything we could have wanted in a DJ. First time of using Dave Dee and have already booked for next year. Evolved all age groups and kept the dance floor full. After many years of organising such events Dave Dee has received by far the best feedback. Would recommend to anyone.

Our evening at the Ashes was amazing, it all went so very well, better than
we could have ever imagined we had such an amazing time!
Dave was fabulous, I loved how he gave our guests the opportunity to choose
their choice of songs and also got everyone involved.
Myself, Andrew & all the guests had such an amazing evening, I just want to
do it all over again!

at our works Christmas party night, it went down fantastically.

Dave was brilliant on the night, ticking every box just like he said he
would and you have been a pleasure to deal with on the run up. You were
quick to respond to any queries we had, which was so important to us

Dave handled the music on the night so very well he made sure the dance
floor was full and the atmosphere amazing,

The last minute addition of the starlit dance floor & photo mirror were
also a massive hit so thank you again Safe to say it was a great night.

Dave was brilliant. We wanted most the music to be 80's and he hit it out the park.
We had so many comments from guests saying that the music was great and they didn't want to leave the dance floor.
One of our guests even commented that our wedding 'broke' them and they felt like they had a full workout because of how long they had been on the dance floor.
I couldn't recommend Dave enough. Just book him.

A big thank you for the beautiful setup at our venue, Thorpe Garden, last month.
The rustic package was fab and we had so many compliments on it. From booking to set-up we didn't have a single worry, it was all handled so smoothly and straight forward. We particularly liked that you arranged the pick up with the venue and so didn't have to worry about anything on the day or afterwards. The swift and clear communication was fab.
We'll definitely recommend you to everyone we know getting married!

We had our Wedding at Moddershall Oaks, we had Dave from 8pm onwards till close. All the way through everyone was dancing away and a great choice of songs etc., also we asked for a special mention of one of our guests as it was his birthday and Dave went above and beyond to make that guest feel special and joining other guests in to get into a quiz about the particular guests age. Everybody joined in and it carried on into the night, right up until the end of the evening everyone was still dancing. I would definitely recommend and I would also book should I have another event which is highly likely :-)
Also fantastic lit "love" sign provided which really looked the part in our party room.

Couldn’t recommend Dave Dee enough. Dave made our evening come to life, he listened to guests requests but also knew perfectly how to work the room.
Our evening wouldn’t have been the same without him.
Our wedding guests still comment on Dave and how he worked the room and got guests dancing!

We got married on 12/8/22 at moddershall oaks and hired DJ Dave for evening entertainment.
A week before the wedding Dave rang to speak about our night and to get to know us, which I thought was great. On the night he played our requests also brought in some jokes about hen party and guests we had told him previously. I’ve never known a DJ so committed to getting everyone up on the dance floor.
Everyone had a great night and without a doubt would recommend him to anyone.
I’ve even had people saying they have been to a wedding recently that the Dj wasn’t anywhere near as good as our wedding. With that said we can’t thank him enough!

Dave and team were fantastic. They were included as part of our venue package at Moddershall Oaks and communicated with me directly throughout. Both Dave and Kim were very friendly and easy to deal with, we even added a magic mirror at a later date which was a highlight of the night and great value for money. Our dancefloor was busy all night which is no mean feat for a small wedding, everyone had a ball (and my legs suffered for a whole week following from all the dancing - I didn’t even touch the buffet ha ha!). Dave very quickly got the vibe of our wedding and knew exactly which songs would get people dancing and keep them there. So many guest commented on how amazing he was, highly recommend!

Dave was recommended to us through our venues (Moxhull Hall) weddings Facebook page.
From the moment we first contacted him he was extremely helpful, he came and met with us at our venue and reassured us that he would tailor the evening to whatever style we preferred.
As we didn't have a separate band Dave was the main source of entertainment in the evening and he really didn't disappoint.
His music choices mixed in with our guests and the ability for our guests to choose and requests songs on the night meant that it was an evening everyone could get involved in.
The staging & set up of the disco area looked unreal, with uplighting in our wedding colours, giant LOVE letters, big projected heart lights, & our first dance on a cloud that filled the marquee, it all looked amazing, with true attention to detail.

We were extremely impressed with the service offered and would highly recommend Dave to anyone.

We hired Dave for our wedding and were so pleased that we did. It was so easy to communicate with Dave and Kim before the wedding, we got really quick and helpful responses to any questions we asked which gave us great confidence that Dave would be fab on the night, which he was! The dancefloor was busy all the time and Dave played a great variety of songs we had picked in advance, requests on the night from our guests and many other fantastic dance songs.

If I could give Dave more than 5 stars I would. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

What can I say other than,
The best DJ service EVER! Me and my now wife used Dave Dee on our wedding day at the beginning of August after our wedding venue Hodsock Priory making it VERY CLEAR that they were hands down the best DJ to ever cover our venue.
To say we were blown away is an understatement, Dave's ability to work a room and keep everyone engaged is genuinely seriously impressive.
Kim couldn't have done anything else for us even if she tried, her attention to detail, contact throughout the entire process/wait for the big day and the images/videos she managed to capture during our night are all memories me and Ellen will hold close and be forever thankful for.

If you are looking for a professional DJ service which is ran by down to earth people and pull out all the stops to ensure you get the very best then look no further.

Our wedding day @ Moddershall Oaks was amazing and the weather was definitely on our side!

The ceremony was beautiful and romantic.

The bbq and afternoon with speeches and cake cutting was fantastic.

Then came the evening and yourself, well, the first dance went down an absolute storm and our friends and family are still talking about it now and will be for some time to come yet!

From booking Dave, to our pre wedding meeting, to the last dance, Dave Dee was ultra professional from start to finish.
He tailored our evening music to our personal tastes and got everyone up on the dance floor. Everyone was able to request songs and numerous guests have since approached us saying it was the best wedding DJ they’d ever experienced!
On top of that, the equipment including the big ‘Love’ letters and uplighting package we had looked immense!
Dave & Kim really went above and beyond to give us a fantastic evening, and even sent us a lovely photo they’d taken!
