Gary was very efficient and provided a comprehensive survey. He was responsive to e-mails, and got the survey arranged and completed extremely efficiently.
The actual survey report was very long (and comprehensive), and had a number of areas which guided through it.
I will be using him again if/when we buy another house. If we don't buy another house, I will be recommending him to others.

GB residential surveys provided a prompt reply to my enquiry and gave a very competetive price. The survey was completed very promptly and i had the results with in a week. The survey provided was very detailed and easy to read and understand. I am very impressed with the service given and all questions asked have been answered quickly. I would recommend GB residential surveys to anyone moving home.

Very informative and thorough survey. Fast replies to email- even out of office hours.
The survey was carried out very quickly- within a few days of booking and the report arrived within a couple of days. Queries were rapidly replied to.
Would recommend to any potential house buyers.

Gary from G B Residential Surveys completed a survey for a property we purchased. He was timely, efficient and friendly and his report was incredibly in depth and easy to understand.

Gary moved quickly and carried out a very detailed survey, highlighting a lot of issues that would've gone otherwise unnoticed. Some of the points highlighted may give us room to renegotiate the price of the house we're buying, so he's saved us more than a few quid.
Can't recommend enough, quality and detailed survey provided in a short turn around (I had the survey back within a week of opening comms).

Very prompt service as I needed the survey carried out before Christmas and lots of places were booked up untill mid January but Gary managed to get me in on a Saturday in plenty of time prior to Christmas.
A very comprehensive report with any major or minor issues highlighted at the beginning of the report to save me trauling through the entire report to find anything of real concern. Delivered promptly after I had made full payment with evidence of any relevant tests carried out.
On the whole very happy with report and any follow up that I required afterwards also great follow up to any queries I had, no complaints and a fraction of the price compared to some other quotes.

Garry was an absolute pleasure to work with. As I first time buyer he was patient and understanding. Took the time to fully explain everything to me properly. The report provided was very thorough and covered all aspects required in depth. Garry also then spent the time to go through the report details with myself over the phone highlighting all required concerns. Gary did a snagging survey for my new build. He was thorough and produced the report within a few days, followed up by a phone call, I found the report helpful and well worth the money spent.
