We had Lee carry out a Survey for a Victorian Terrace in Bristol which we had purchased with a Level 3 RICS. Lee did a very thorough analysis and report which identified the building construction information, all the defects, repairs required and the remedial actions required. This was critical for us and actually helped us avoid what was going to be ultimately a money pit of repairs which were not obvious without such a good survey. Lee was very professional and was great at talking us through the report and answering questions especially for first time buyers like ourselves with Less experience. Great service and prompt report writing. They really had a lot of knowledge and experience on properties like this and the Bristol area and it's housing. Highly recommended!
