How to take on an Apprentice

Does anybody know of the best way to take on an apprentice for our business, we will need them to specialise in Electrics and Water, hopefully not at the same time, lol.

Do you mean how to find one or the process of hiring the one with the correct competencies?

If you mean the process of hiring the one with the right competencies, then you need to see them at work - therefore a trial period; most people exaggerate their abilities.
