Try and get your company to sponsor you - that's what I did!

Give them the benefits to the company of you doing a course - ie: ability to increase their profitability due to your knowledge, higher qualified employees gains them more business etc etc

What you might need to do is give a disclaimer of guaranteed time to work beyond the end of the course. This normally works with a 1-2 year time length but a get out clause for paying back the course fees if you leave before the agreed time to remain at the company. Mine was 1 year

If you do decide to move to a new company before you have worked your disclaimer time, most new companies will be happy to pay the fees on your behalf so you have a slight win-win situation
