I'm not convinced about this, the OP spammed across multiple threads, and the domain is fresh and event specific.
Personally, if you would like to help, donate via an established site such as the American Red Cross.

Edit - This really smacks of a scam, poor spelling, and massive wave of postings across forums. Have renamed thread so it gets indexed with word scam.
