Free Banking Remains!

We had a recent thread about the demise of free banking with a variety of viewpoints.

Basically Santander had decided to change it's policy of free banking, which upset a lot of account holders.

But it seems, if you were a customer that was originally promised free banking, then complain directly to Santander
