Is this really true?

Can someone please tell me if this is true. I am trying to use Skype for business. So far it has been very frustrating. I have been told that you cannot receive more than one call at a time on Skype even if you have a business account with Skype Manager, and Skype Number etc. The only way is to use Skype Connect which I think connects to a standard VoIP PBX or something.

Please tell me this is not right. I find that really hard to believe that in this day and age on a Skype business account you could not receive more than one call at once like you do with any basic VoIP with any small business.

I do need to know urgently. If anyone knows or uses Skype for calls, can they tell me what you can and cannot do?

I have never thought about it, however I believe skype and Voip use different technology to connect peopel (or am I wrong). As far as I know Google Hangout allows up to 10 conversations, but I have not tried it. I hope someone who have more experience with skype and voip will join to explain better.
