Interesting story on the Beeb, apparently the heightened tensions between East and West seems to be impacting McDonald's as they get sudden food hygiene inspections and four restaurants were shut by the Russian Food watchdog.
Obviously it could be completely coincidental and absolutely nothing to do with Politics. 
Maybe McDonald's HQ should set a new menu of Goulash and stale bread.
