No problem. This one decision could do more damage to SMEs that all other Government measures which affect them, implemented in the last 2 years. What the Gov don't seem to get is that if you've got on the wrong end of an expensive transaction worth, say, £70,000, it's not too much of a stretch to fork out £910, but almost 4 times that amount (5% - £3500!!!!!), when you have already lost £70,000! It doesn't take much imagination to guess what will happen to struggling creditors.
