It allows you to create 25 unique inbound links every single day - FREE. With a small fee, you can submit to 100 sites 3 times daily. I can't put any url here yet. Try to figure out the url using the word socialmonkee or google it. Selling stuff online the only way to survive 21st February 2012 10:46 AM @ Joinerwoodturner Your products are made to order, hmmmm. I think you can take pictures of your finished products and display them on your site. I mean the ones you have done in the past. That gives potential clients an idea of what you do if that makes sense??? Starting a Business 20th February 2012 11:23 AM To start a business, you really have to be passionate about your chosen field. Your passion will motivate and carry you through thick and thin. I've just read through it and found very useful information I can apply straight away. It's got a link to a website where I can do keyword research. I'm just going to start from there. Many thanks Selling stuff online the only way to survive 17th February 2012 12:23 PM I have just set up an online shopping site but I'm skint. I can't afford money on SEO right now. Any ideas on DIY SEO? How did you come up with your company name? 16th February 2012 12:24 PM I found this thread very interesting and thought I should put in my bit. My name is Bisi and I'm into affiliate marketing. My website displays fashion products and when customers click on the items, they are linked to other sites where they make payment. So I just combined my name, my business area and how it works as follows: Bisi - bc Business area - fashion How - links This combined, I named my website Bc Fashion Links. And my url is not BFL.com as this does not say anything just looking at it. My web address actually says bc fashion linx (sorry I can't put my url here yet). Hope this helps? Online reputation building - Do you know how exposed you are to your clients? 10th February 2012 10:16 AM I quite agree with your post. A lot of online business owners are only interested in getting links to their website. Their response in many ways shows they have not taken time to read and digest what others have written. Otherwise, their response would be better than a cheap "thanks". Moreover, your response to others shows a lot about who you are and how you do business. A not-really-interested approach may mean one is only interested in his own thoughts. This may also be interpreted as self-centredness, I think. |
