Grudges 29th August 2012 11:49 AM
I guess it would depend on the damage caused by the person. I'm not one for grudges nor judging, but even I hold one or two Its human nature though. Sometimes the pain or anger caused by someone else is so bad that, a person remembers is forever, and will probably never look at the person favorably again.

How to Lock Your Car and Why 29th August 2012 7:19 AM
We had a bit on the news about something similar, and they showed us that it worked (might not have been the brightest idea to educate some though), but some wait for you to use your immobilizer, and as soon as you press the lock button, they press theirs. What happens is that it causes interference with your device and doesn't lock your doors, because apparently these devices run on similar 'wavelengths' this side. They do this because most lock their cars while walking away and almost never turn back to check if the car is actually locked or not, so it gives them the perfect opportunity to access your car.

Best thing to do is to use your key, and make sure that your doors are locked, before walking away.

Am I alone in thinking the font is slightly more 'appley' by that I mean looks like apple branding???

Now that you mention it, it does, doesn't it.
I thought I would give it a mention as I have just gone through the mumps, luckily, because my eldest had her MMR, it wasn't all that bad.

Here is the article: The independant

The number of measles cases this year has almost doubled following two outbreaks of the illness, health officials have said.
There were 964 cases in England and Wales in the first half of this year, compared with 497 in the same period in 2011, the Health Protection Agency (HPA) said.

We hear very little about child illnesses like this around here, but then I live in a small area. Do they promote vaccinations in school in the UK like they do here? Its the one day my girls are terrified of going to school for.

Aviva recently announced a ten per cent drop in half-year operating profits to
KPMG was appointed to handle the deal on Friday after shareholders rejected a proposal that would have paid them 1p per share.

Source: Sky News

At the end of the day, the shares were worth around 0.95p which was a huge drop from their 485p in 2008. The article also says that Mouchel has promised that the takeover will not disrupt its daily operations.

Not good methinks, what do you think of the news? Do you own shares in Mouchel?
