lol. For acupuncture, not really. Some forums do have areas where you can add your facebook page link, then you can get likes from people, while at the same time like them back. I just think its better not to lie to folks by buying likes. It makes them think a page is popular, while its really all just paid for.
A few things you can do though, is make sure your social network buttons are visible on your site, add it to your profiles in forums, and just get around the web and talk to people.

You can also work on a unique app or canvas page (not sure how popular that still is) and link it to your business page for people to interact to. Red bull for instance had a "script" running where you couldn't read their page at all unless you liked them

if people want to get to something, they will do what they need to. You just need to give them a reason
