I recently did a little experiment to see just how strong content creation still was within the SEO industry, I made 1 article and linked it to my main site the site has none of the keywords I used which is good because I wanted to see how strong the article could get.
After making a relatively small article for an ok sized keyword I got the article top. This article alone now brings a website over 300 clicks a week.
So in my opinion
