Dave Dee was an absolutely fantastic DJ for our wedding reception. His enthusiasm and attention to detail helped to create at atmosphere that everyone could enjoy, while still making it personal to us and our guests. Key to this was Dave’s willingness to discuss what he intended to do before the event; he took this information and combined it with ‘reading the room’ superbly. Several of our guests commented on what a great job he did and we are very grateful for the part he played in our day.

We hired Dave Dee for our wedding, Duncan was our DJ, he was amazing and made our night so special! Thank you so much, we’d definitely recommend you to anyone we know!

Dave was very friendly and professional from the moment he arrived until the moment he left. He was very enthusiastic and many of our guests commented on how great he was at feeling the vibe of the room to get people up on the dance floor. He was taking requests throughout the night and came prepared with request slips, and was always ensuring the bride and groom were happy throughout the night. Before the wedding, we had a chat with Dave and went over important songs, wants and things to avoid and everything went so smoothly! Dave reminded guests of things happening e.g food, cake cutting, first dance and last dance. Some of the preview pictures we’ve received from our photographer of the I Do DJ booth and first dance on the dance floor and cloud were stunning! Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you!

We were extremely happy with the service provided! We got so many comments from our guests about how fun Dave was and how he interacted with everyone.

It was a smaller wedding but there was always someone on the dance floor and at some points every single person was dancing which I owe to Dave!

The playlist was perfect, we had a perfect mix of the songs we’d pre-selected and the guests had many opportunities to request a song so the atmosphere was brilliant. We would 100% recommend Dave Dee DJ to everybody and we are really grateful for how the evening went.

I hired Dave for my wedding reception and he did not disappoint he was incredible and clearly knows his stuff! Everyone thought he was amazing. Dave was really interactive with my guests and everyone was saying how good he was. Me and my husband couldn’t fault Dave or Kim throughout the planning process and on the actual night. Kim took lots of photos and videos which have also made us smile. Can’t recommend enough, will 100% use again and recommend to anyone that needs a DJ.
Special mention to Kim who is a speedy replier and answered all my questions. Really good customer service.

Dave was utterly fantastic! We cannot thank him enough for being part of our wedding day. He was so kind, caring and throughout the whole experience he wanted the best for us. Dave was the DJ at our wedding, if you are looking for someone who can keep your dancefloor busy all night, knows what sort of songs to play when and create an amazing atmosphere then he is your guy! He also worked amazingly with our saxophonist - they hadn’t worked together before until that evening
We also hired some other bits from Dave Dee Disco’s including the audio guestbook which I would 100% recommend to anyone - we received the messages a few days after our wedding and were able to sit and listen through them on our honey moon! Dave also made sure that our guests used the phone.
We had a few song requests which Dave played them all and even made a special point with our saxophonist on one song as a tribute to my Grandad - it was just perfect
Kim who deals with all of the admin is also lovely and so helpful!

So glad we did as the dance floor was packed from start to finish! our DJ on the night was Duncan and he was ace! he placed song request forms on all the tables what brilliant idea, this allowed all our guest to get involved and request songs.
The music was exactly what we asked for & wanted, we also had the photo mirror in with our package the 2 staff on there were super friendly and made it even more fun."

The communication with Kim before our wedding was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble and answered all our questions quickly,

The atmosphere was absolutely amazing, Dave connected with all our guests before the music started and throughout the night. One of my main concerns on the evening was that guests would not get up and dance but Dave got everyone involved and on the dance floor.

Dave's set up looked superb, we also upgraded to the rustic package which was stunning day and night.

We would definitely recommend Dave and Kim for any occasion and will be using them again in the future.

He was friendly and professional, he listened carefully to what we wanted, the decor we had as part of our package was gorgeous and the lighting perfectly set the mood for our evening reception!

Simple the best DJ around !!! Dave was fantastic at our wedding. Got the crowed going, everyone was on the dance floor, even after a complete black out half way though the night. We booked Dave Dee for our wedding.
From the beginning Dave was very helpful and made sure we were happy with what he supplied by phoning us to introduce himself and explain what he does and then followed up with another phone call the week before the wedding so we could chat about what we wanted Dave to do and work out timings for first dance etc, which meant we never had to worry about anything throughout the evening.
Dave did a fantastic job and got all our guests involved. We had some lovely compliments off our guests even a couple saying it was the best wedding they had been to !!

From the minute Dave Dee set up until the final song on the dance floor, he was sensational! Very polite, happy & funny guy who got everyone on the dance floor from the 1st minute with his humor & also his talent of being a great DJ! He allowed to take song requests from all guests & played them all, which of course kept the guests happy. He did shoutouts for specials occasions during the evening such as other celebrations amongst the guests. So many people coming up to me at the end of the night saying “he’s the best DJ I’ve seen whilst attending any wedding” I will 100% be booking Dave Dee again in the near future! We were incredibly happy with Dave Dee discos for our wedding! Dave was absolutely incredible from start to finish and everyone who we spoke to afterwards said he was amazing and the best DJ they have seen in a long time!
