Dave Dee was absolutely perfect for our wedding, the preparation phone call was great and Dave created exactly the vibe and atmosphere he had hoped for.

On 11th May 2024 we had Dave to DJ for us at our wedding. We had previously used Dave for our daughter party the year before and he was brilliant!

We hired Dave just a few weeks before our wedding due to our previous booking cancelling. We were worried we rushed due to the panic but we had nothing to worry about. When we showed interest we had a phone conversation and he assured us he could adapt his services due to the brides epilepsy. A week before the wedding we were on the phone for an hour with Dave getting lots of information out of us as a couple to get a picture of who we are, our music interests and what we wanted out of the evening. On the day he appeared promptly and set up quickly while the room was being turned around. Then we were ready for the dreaded first dance which the groom was fearing above all else, but there was nothing to be scared of. While we were out of the room to make our entrance Dave had been working our guest to get them ready to party and knowing our fear of the first dance he encouraged everyone to join us part way through and what a moment that was.
Dave also accommodated a last minute surprise to the evening by the brides father who showed up with a pre-prepared mix tape he wanted playing for a dance with his daughter.
As the night went on everyone had a fantastic time with Dave having a great rapport with the dance floor regulars and accommodated all guest requests if they didn’t clash with our don’t play list.

We had Duncan for our Wedding disco. Our wedding was on a Saturday and Duncan rang us on the Monday to find out what sort of music we wanted to hear and what the vibe was going to be like.

On the night Duncan knew exactly what we wanted and played all our guests requests and also was able to work out songs that would best fit the age group on the dance floor.

Wow.. how amazing is Dave Dee?! He included EVERYONE and got them all on the dance floor all night, we've had so many people tell us it's the best wedding they have ever been to and that's all down to the incredible job Dave and the rest of the team did, the magic mirror was a huge hit with people lining up to get into the prop box and have some silly photos taken! And the rustic package was just beautiful, from the welcome sign to the post box to the light up LOVE sign, everything just tied together brilliantly, from very first email to the wedding itself, communication has been seamless and so easy! We hired Dave Dee Discos for our wedding reception on Sunday. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Great communication, answering all our questions and queries quickly and pre-wedding chat to discuss music choices, announcements and preferences. On the night the disco was set up seamlessly, our guests had a great night of their own song choices and dancing. We were originally going to have a play list playing in the background at the wedding, due to being unsure if our small wedding party would need a disco. I'm so glad we changed our mjnd! We booked Dave Dee for our wedding 27th December @ Hanbury Wedding Barns and what an amazing night we had, the dance floor was never empty all our guests said how brilliant the DJ was.

Dave was able to keep all our guests engaged, with the added bonus of many requests being played!. We said we wanted a party and he definitely did not disappoint, he even allowed our best man to do a solo!.
