My project is based on building is sports an entertaining complex which will be the leader of all entertainments popular recently and sports. In complex territory there will be sports bar with Bar fresh juice and non-polluting meal (consultation with dieticians of a complex). Is planned to become a monopolist in any region.
The main feature of my project is the considerable quantity of marketing programs which will motivate clients to visit this sports complex and to forget about small competitors.
In a complex it will be always pure, cosy and warmly . (These fine details very often create image of institutions).
Necessary investments 1 400 000$. After the profitability period it is planned to get profit at a rate of 28 000 $ monthly.
Main objective of construction of a complex is donations at a rate of 90 % in children's homes and boarding schools, thereby motivating men of means to help those who with it requires. The complex will give work to 18 people. Clients of a complex receive high quality of services, and children's homes and shelters receive the good financial help.
Presently very few people is engaged in charity, let's help another.
