Anyone else using worldpay having problems?
Looks like our Worldpay Gateway is having problems, had customer complaints moaning that payment authorisation was declined, now looks like nothings going through Anyone else using worldpay having problems?
Looks like its RBS, great! "12:33 (BST): The intermittent technical issue reported earlier, affecting payment processing for some merchants, is still ongoing. We are continuing to investigate urgently and will provide further updates shortly."
Looks like they are back up, time to deal with the complaints and abandoned sales...  Edit "14:25 (BST): The technical issue, which started at 10 am BST today the 20th September 2010 is no longer affecting the service. The service is now functioning normally, but we are continuing to monitor its performance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will provide further updates when the root cause has been diagnosed." |
