The Acer machines seem to get a good write up, but at the end of day all products need good customer service and they do not have a good customer service?


Computer has been repaired, would not tell us what they did, but Customer service 0 out of 10.

As we are talking for customer service, I have my bad experience for HP laptop.
Recently my HP's dvd recorder broke down.
So I called the service (region:greece) ...
They told me first that they need 50

I can recommend a very good one in Kiti, depending where you are, excellent service, honest and affordable.

We have had 4 Acers (if you count the one that got stolen).

My laptop is now just over 4.5 years old, and cost me just short of

As a UK IT Support company, we see and deal with acer machines quite often, but of course, many other brands too.

As a whole, acer machines are no different to any other brand. Every machine, laptop or desktop use pretty much the same suppliers, intel, amd, gigabyte, kingston.. What I mean is, ACER is just a brand.
They buy parts, build a machine, stick a logo on it, change the boot bios logo, offer support and that's it.

I'm sure they may have a few little performance tweaks on board (or maybe not) but in terms of machines, nowadays, they're all the same.

Support/Warranty/Service however IS NOT
