Every type of business takes an individual idea for its promotion and strategy making to run it successfully. If you tell that in which category of business are you going to deal then it will be more easy for me to guide you accordingly.

Taking start of business is not same for every product or field. It is observed that strategies, planing and goals etc. differ from product to product. So, we may never setup a specific rule for every business but these three points that are discussed in this post, play an important role in every business star up.

I think the best thing is consultancy or second step that is provided by you. If you deal it legally then it will be much more beneficial for you in terms of learning and stabling your business in the market.
