Correct. The only way to stay hired is to be the Bulldog that SAS was when he was making it big as an apprentice.

SAS is looking for someone to mould in his own image (I'm hoping he means business model)

Interesting to note that only one person, who is currently on maternity leave, is still working for any of his companies. More details here, of their subsequent activities.

Which is, no doubt, one of the reasons why it's a business set-up rather than a job role that you win now.

I guess the problem is keeping the shows identity and it not turning into Dragons Den, or X factor.. (I don't watch Dragons or Xfactor) but it still be entertaining as a TV show.
