Make plans. What is that you are trying to sell or buy? But eventually you have to sell goods or services.

Register the firm names, get PAN number, or whatever it is necessary to open a company in your country

How many people you are going to hire?

Or you just gather few friends or family members to start the business, print visiting cards, do advertisements. It looks simple, but it is not that simple or hard for that matter.
