Im looking to start a business direcotry for the uk. can anyone advise me on the good directory script?
You need to get your own written, out of boxes do not work, believe me! Have done them all!
Well to be fair, there are some semi decent scripts, but as with all things script based, if its easy to start a script directory, then rest assured every man and his dog has! The internet is awash with them, most end up as unloved dying projects or spam infested link farms. As Kip says, if your serious about starting a directory, then start one from scratch. Put your stamp on it, and your ideas, not some script based options list. But be warned, it is a saturated industry, here in the UK at least, and expect a lot of hard work, but give it a couple of years of TLC and you may just get there! Best of luck
