The Scottish Government said its main aim was to keep the factories, including Springburn, open, but if not then money will be available to companies to help take on staff.

Some good news, certainly? Trying to keep people employed, especially over this time of the year. What do you think?

Anyone losing their job, regardless of the time of year is sad, but from a business point of view I'm more cynical.

Hmmm, good point. I was probably just focusing on the fact that they were trying to help people that had lost their jobs. Maybe other companies could somehow add to that amount monthly or yearly? That way making it a little more feasible perhaps?
