I've read it on many forums, where members have been accusing Big G for manipulating searches. I found
this post at the telegraph. it seems that after an investigation, Big G was cleared (to some extent), and Microsoft is unhappy with the verdict and are now calling for the EU to take a closer look at their investigations and dish out a more "fitting" punishment it seems.
