It's true... Hotel is a business and they are earning their bread and butter too. But looking at a it from even a business point of view they must give give exceptions. THAT is when it exactly counts as good customer service.

Run online ads. Google gives you a guide to go about this. If you can do social media and SEO on your own or hire an agency to do the same. This will definitely generate you leads.
I'm sure there's more to that. If only earning was THAT easy. Fine print maybe?

I think paid ads are the best way to get good leads. They give us a number of niche targeting options, so the traffic that comes through it is actually looking for our product and thus the chances of conversion are higher.
Haven't really used Quora yet, but have been considering t for a while. Do they allow you to actually promote your business there? Is it worth the time? Because of what I saw, it looks quite complicated and would take me a while to get accustomed to it.
