Is your business online or offline. Anyways I believe that business needs to be promoted more online and offline. The weight-age given to each could be different depending on which audience you want to target.

True.... one must know what exactly can catch the audience's mind. Our work place had done the harlem shake and got a lot of coverage through that. Well what can I say, sometimes just weird works too.

Well, as of now many retailers are both online and offline. And SEO is not only important for online retailers but the offline ones too. Imagine an online fashion brand doing SEO and an offline one. Offline would be losing out on major business if they wouldn't step it up here. The person could just be researching and not intending to buy.
