Yes, avoid them. So unuser-friendly. Costly on mobiles, etc is the number one factor, secondly, difficult to remember. Lastly, gives you the impression you are ringing a (dreaded) call centre, and may be passed around (usually are, guaranteed). Not good on any account. indizine indizine
Interesting points, I've also heard people not understanding that an 0845 number is not a premium rate number and that 0845 numbers are not covered by peoples phone plans. SynergyRoofing
It's nor premium rate but it does get billed at 5p a min on landlines and 10p/min on a lot of mobiles. When you are on hold in a queue for 5-10 mins and then 10-15 mins with your query, usually with a complaint I might add, that's an expensive call. indizine indizine |
