I think it is important to keep up with what your competitors are doing, even if you only have the time and resources to do it at a basic level. I have taken a few of these in my day and found the results to be food for thought, but have never taken one when going for a job. I'm not sure they stand up as people tend to answer questions differently on paper compared to how they act/behave in reality. Do you see some improvement 14th May 2013 11:34 AM I think there are flurries of activities, but we are missing the consistency that would indicate a steady recovery. Sadly we are seeing many mid-sized businesses that weathered the storm over the last few years now hit the wall and close. Micro businesses do seem to be on the rise though, and I think that that may be a trend of how the economy has changed permanently. |
