Personally, I've never seen an update work so quickly. I have read of lots of people seeing drastic differences this month. We've seen a little movement, but our SEO strategy is pretty diverse so nothing too concerning. CenturionSigns

PR wise, haven't noticed any toolbar update changes, unless we've remained static. Don't really worry about PR to be honest, visitors are the key for us!

I notice different positions for some of our main keywords everyday and I really hope at the end of the day everything will be fine.
