We had a johnny spammer over the weekend who gave our spam filters a run for their money, and he popped on again this morning 

Hopefully a tune up should stop him coming back!

But if anyone spots any spam in the future or any unsavoury posts you are not happy with and would like a moderator to investigate, just select the report post option.

It's on the top right of any post or thread, and selecting it will email all moderators who will swoop down from afar and investigate. 

Appreciate you adding your feedback. I've had to remove part of your post as it is borderline slander/anecdotal. We want to keep it as factual as possible, such as your useful information about cancelling using recorded delivery

Normally  that's an auto delete but feeling unusually in a good mood so will give you the benefit of doubt
