New business in Macclesfield 12th May 2014 3:11 PM

My wife's boss wants to expand his business and has offered her the opportunity to part own and run a new office in Macclesfield. However it means relocating, something we're both happy to do but we don't know the area. Does anyone have any suggestions of plces close to Macclesfield. We like the look of Congleton and have signed up for a few estate agents like Bridgfords but we need some other suggestions. We don't have kids some decent schools aren't important and we don't mind commuting (I haven't started looking at jobs yet) so we're fairly flexible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you download illegally ? 9th May 2014 4:37 PM

I know a lot of people who have downloaded illegally, I think it simply is because it's easy to get away with. Now if these warnings are ignored and people start to see the ramifications I think there will be a decline in the number of illegal downloaders. But while the threat of action is just that, a threat then I don't think it will change

I have a friend in Falmouth and she loves being from Cornwall...minority race however I'm not so sure!

It feels like a bit of a gimmick to me, I'm a bit of a fan and would probably buy one but mainly just to have one, I wouldn't expect the product itself to be great, people tend to have their favourite beer etc and I wouldn't expect this to last so wouldn't be particularly bothered about getting a taste for it.
Psychometric Tests for Job Seekers 27th March 2014 10:43 AM
Interesting stuff. I've never done one myself, how are they formatted, are they multiple choice? I often have problems when doing something like this as I can't find an answer that's relevant to me and just choose randomly. But like I say, I've never done one and presume they take that kind of thing into account.
I'd say it's a waste of time and money though if they're not going to do them properly.
I think this particular case is a very emotional one and it's understandable people feel how they do. However, it is partly seen as so bad because of who it happened to. Was his life more valuable than anyone else's? More valuable than some with a different background/religion?
It's very easy to say bring back the death penalty but in reality it's very complex and not as straightforward, also, how does that us better? That we punish someone who kills someone, by killing them? Doesn't that mean we are doing exactly the same just for different reasons?
The legal system needs a complete overhaul but it's not all or nothing.
It's that kind of thing that you don't think about but yes, geographically Afghanistan must be a nightmare to transport in and out of.
I can't see it happening actually, most of the Scottish people I know either don't want it or aren't interested, I'm never sure who they're actually asking when they produce statistics that say otherwise.
