I have a question and want an answer too. In interview most of the interviewer asked the question that "Why you want to leave your organization. " Some says, For better prospects, soem says for Port Folio and better prospects and some other says I want change, I am fade to do same thing from last 5 (say) years. And I want some creative and innovative work and make my own decisions.

What do you think? These are goods answer or have to say some other good or better thing?

What's your dream career/profession and why you are in current profession?

I am an accountant spend 10+ years in this field, lost job in recession and now in marketing.

Can you share your thoughts on how do you ask suggestions for business and working environment improvement in your company? Make decisions yourself or call department meetings and ask for it to them?

Here are some basic and important steps that you should ponder while making a financial plan for your business.

1. Establish and confirmed your business/company goals/objectives, vision.
2. Gather all necessary data, industry key financial indicators. Summarize all the cost to create a budget.
3. Analyze and Evaluate your Financial Status i.e. break even, projected financial statements and ratios. Don't forget to identify risks associate with your budget.
4.Develop a Plan, it should be clear and having short & long-term goals both.
5. Implement it.
6. After, keep monitoring it, make changes where necessary.

Hope these will be helpful for business owners.

All great professions' professionals are known by the above. These are also very helpful in companies growth too.
