Hi Paul

Many people make the mistake of chasing generic keywords rather than targeted keywords "Helicopter flying lessons" is an example

If I am looking for a plumber I may start with putting in the word plumber in the search term but would soon realize that I was getting plumbers from all over the UK when I need on in the Goodwood area.

Whilst I accept Helicopter flying lessons could bring you small amounts of traffic if you did get too number one for that term, you would have great stats to your site and bad conversion because a massive % would not been with commuting distance to your school.

My advice would be Helicopter flying lessons Sussex , Surrey , Kent which should be easier to obtain good positions for

Update - My mistake you are currently on page one for Helicopter flying lessons sussex - but theory is still the same.

Interesting, I agree it seems people type what they are looking for first then the place. It seems to me that it is far less common to type the place first and then the area. Ie "Builders Bath" would be searched more than "Bath Builders".

Made me smile!
Hmm 2008.. I remember it well.... Northern Rock, Woolworths and Bradford and Bingley, all seemed a bargain to me at the time! They should make you undertake a breath test before using your online trading account!
Will the US go bust? 10th August 2011 10:16 PM
Looks like they are OK for now. If the US goes bust then it could be the end of civilisation as we no it, the knock on effect would be devastating.
