Surely, if you have children, it is your responsibility to feed them.

Do you run a business from home? 14th March 2013 7:17 AM
When I first started, I had a timetable too, but then it became, 'if I just do this and catch up with that' until I was working twenty hours a day. Under orders from the doctor, I have now cut my hours back to sixteen.

The biggest problem I have found with working from home is that sixteen hour days become the norm!
It is no comfort to you, but they do say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!
I guess I was lucky as both my sites were listed in less than six weeks.

Well, I think your logo is great. Don't forget that designers are in it for the money, so they would knock anything you chose to have - unless it was their design, of course!
The best bit of all was that her husband and the group of friends that were with her, agreed with everything the woman said. I was truly stunned!
I am delighted to report that the Parish Chest sales are well up on this time last year.

Back in February, we attended the, 'Who Do You Think You Are' event at Olympia where I had an interesting chat with a customer. The lady informed me that she rarely, if ever bought things at fairs and events, but would happily buy them online from the Parish Chest as then you didn't need money, just a card.

I must have looked rather perplexed at this statement, as she went on to say that using a credit card is not like actually spending money, so she never worries about what she is buying.

I would agree that a good logo is important as instant recognition, especially when exhibiting at an event, but I am not convinced it is vital to generating sales. I believe a decent web site, keen prices and great service will work no matter what the logo looks like.
