Lloyds bank perform PR stunt! 28th February 2012 11:44 AM
I'm surprised the banks in question fail to argue that at some point the tax man has to be culpable for enabling such mayhem.

Cold Callers in Warmer Climates 26th February 2012 9:18 PM
I'm not a sales person but have extensive training in linguistics, semantics, language patterns etc so I get 'jolts' of agony and pain when someone is chatting away at a nice rate and rhythm then pause and speak like they are reading off of a card but trying to sound like a 'Jedi Master' - with a sales line that sounds like a version of a cheesey chat up line..

I'm not in favour of cold calling. It irks me.
Google +1 22nd February 2012 6:53 AM
I do think it is not good as you go to facebook because you want to, and then comes Google+, you go to it because you have to.

Not really, I don't want to go to facebook either -
Google +1 21st February 2012 10:25 PM
getting back to Google+ , I do think that after Search Plus your World, it is inevitable to say that the +1's and shares would affect search results and traffic altogether. I am actually working on an article to explain this further.

I'm not sure if I like the sounds of that - By what your saying it seems like if a person unwittingly +1's a whole bunch of sites partly out of : Goodwill, persuasion or even as a part of a +1 campaign, THEN later on the same person makes a search randomly (so it seems) but then all the results favor previous +1's when bringing search results... For all the pro's it must have just as many con's.

(Are Google trying to put SEO companies out of business or what!?)

I'll be down the right wing please...

I'll go left wing or left mid being left footed, so that more or less the strikers sorted -
I'm with the T&C answer.

Maybe also direct the client to read and agreed before you start the work and then in any follow on emails have some kind of reminder as a part of your email signature or a link to the T&C.

Fuel Price - USA versus UK 15th February 2012 9:00 PM
My idea of the US from a UK perspective for some parts of the US is to imagine here in the UK if there were literally no roads, no paths, only duel carriage ways and motorways, imagine if you could not even get to the local shop without use of a car (quite common for lazy people in UK), if you dare to walk you might be mugged, murdered or eaten alive by a croc and the US is quite risky walking too
Twitter makeover, what do you think? 14th February 2012 11:25 AM
I like the new look also -

I still haven't yet taken on the challenge of tweeting a picture of something but I did notice the other day while bombing (I mean tweeting) links to youtube links I noticed that rather than being taken away from twitter to the link it nows appears in a drop down menu - I like that.

It adds a certain amount of Je ne sais quoi..
