Last comment 1st March 2012I'm surprised the banks in question fail to argue that at some point the tax man has to be culpable for enabling such mayhem.
i dont believe giving up money is in any banker's DNA... if they did, they wouldn't be very good bankers would they?
I think they will merely defer 2m now then claw them back later one way or another... there are a lot of sneaky ways to get paid...
