PostsGypsy sites - spending over 8th May 2014 8:59 AM I always thought that gypsies chose that way of life , it seems the council think otherwise and are spending over £150,000 per plot to beautify it and add kitchen and bathroom services. Even the gypsies think it's too much. i struggle to understand where this money is going to come from and so who pays for this? Especially since the gypsies think it's too much money to spend.
