I agree, I think budget brands just get it now, they understand what's important to the customer so rather than react they are are proactive. As much as this may embarrass me.... I think argos have also got it right too. If you ever have to take something back it's not an issue. This makes me but from here as you know you're not going to have to jump through hoops.

I have to say this has changed my opinion of Kirsty... Wouldn't it be lovely if we all had a silver spoon in our mouths and could afford kids in our 20's and didn't have to try and carve out a career and find someone you want to have children with.

bu**er off Kirsty and do some wallpapering, let real stories in! <rant over >

If you've got a big boot that's always a good escape route...had to use it myself a few times when the car doors have stuck in winter, not very elegant but needs must!

Topical for me, the legal aspects of setting up your own business. Pitfalls, hidden costs etc

I seem to keep mine in the washing machine at the moment! It's certainly clean. On the plus side it's great when you find some £1 coins not so good for notes, that's where I need Aussie dollar notes as they are plastic and would probably make it through.

Can't you get a camera to put in your car? I agree with Shakey, cctv means I've got something to nick.

Maybe they could send me mine! I've forgotten it.

tesco really is taking over...where HMV used to be there will now be a Tesco Metro, which will happily join the sainsburys and the one stop! Where will it end? Surely there are only a certain number of customers for all of these shops. And I noticed now where there was a nice little independent shop, there is now a charity shop. I do wonder if when the kids grow up they'll ask " what was a town centre?"

I think people don't follow the journey a customer will take and have real think about what they themselves would think at the end of it. Would I think that sounds great or why would I want to send myself some flowers, plus if I was I'm male I probably would never have sent myself flowers, and never would!

The one thing that really annoys me is Indian call centres. I'm sure there are some great ones but for train queries and trying to renew a contract with Orange, or should I say EE, I have found them to be quite annoying. They don't understand properly and whilst they really are trying to give you the bests service. They can't as they don't understand and you end up getting annoyed as the call takes forever. Maybe it's just me?!
