Is it just me or do people like to change things for changing things sake?

everytime I look at iplayer it's changed, it's like when you go into the supermarket in a rush and they have moved everything. It adds valuable time to simple day tasks.

Maybe it's aimed at youngsters who seem to like this kind of thing!

I think I would recommend most local businesses that offer a good service and the personal touch. The electrician who returns calls, that's all I ask, the carpenter who goes the extra mile, you only asked to do this but it would look better like that so I did that, no extra cost! Then came round with a hair dryer as there was a leak that would have ruined his work! The painter who didn't charge the earth and just got on with it, the plasterer who worked at the weekend......

these are the people whose numbers you pass on.

 I think sickness absence can be a good measure of a business. The more there is over the average I would say staff are not happy and things need investigating. I am a big advocate of richard Branson...happy staff happy customers.

I think they still have their day but can be used a bit more e.g offers on the back, company message etc. size wise I think originally this was dictated by being able to fit them in a wallet so they were credit card sized for this's reason.
