I'd agree that contacting you 7 times in 3 days is a bit much indeed and it is certainly not our intention at all, particularly if you did mention that you did not want to upgrade!

@ithas2bedone: I sent you a couple of messages in the last weeks via Qype with different options to improve your premium listing and offering you free added features so we can test and learn; plus see whether this helps at all, considering you're in a niche market.
