PostsDid they mistake him for an animal? 11th April 2017 8:47 AM This is absolutely disgraceful, United Airlines are a huge airline company.. how did they manage to overbook the plane? Dragging him off the plane like an animal, what is the world coming too. Punishing someone else for their stupid mistake. Is the inequality in pay about to change? 6th April 2017 9:56 AM
Firms/employers are now being forced by the government to publish wage figures in order to identify the 18% and higher wage difference between the two. The government hope that by forcing employers to publish their wage figures it will help them come to the realisation of the inequality between the salaries of men and women, also shining the light on how this occurs in a large amount of companies across the UK. The ITV have announced that 'The new regulation announced today will see every firm with at least 250 workers supply the wage data from April next year. The move has been hailed as the "most significant" gender legal change in nearly 50 years. The government said it hoped it will lead to firms taking action as it bids to "eliminate" the pay gap "completely" Maybe women will have all the power one day

Small businesses- worry no longer! 29th March 2017 2:10 PM
This new piece of technology is called 'Square'. It is a small white square box which accepts card payments and contactless payments. The 'Square' connects to a smartphone or tablet to enable independent traders to accept other forms of payment apart from cash. The technology is already being used in the USA and parts of the UK however it seems that this could be something really worthwhile for many smaller businesses. The Square also includes point-of-sale software which allows businesses to gather sales data as well as digital receipts and invoices. But there wouldn't be something like this introduced without a catch, ITV news reported that Business owners will pay a flat transaction fee of 1.75% for all in-person payments and receive the money the day after the transaction takes place.Betting on small businesses is always the right bet no matter what's happening around them because they are the fabric of the community and the only way that any business can become large and more global" So maybe this could be something worthwhile
Microsoft have said NO until legally compelled. 28th March 2017 9:23 AM
A lot of large technology companies are being investigated by the government in order to protect a tragedy and attack like Westminster from happening again. Companies such as Microsoft and WhatsApp are being asked to hand over passwords and other hacking information to intelligence agencies larger than themselves. Although this does seem like the right thing to do, the question ponders as to whether the government should have access to personal information without permission. Brad Smith the president of Microsoft seems to be rebelling against the government and stated 'We will turn over data only when legally compelled to'. He went on to say that he had made the mistake previously to hand over information when not legally compelled to do so and 60 of their customers were attacked unnecessarily. Brad Smith wants all technology companies to understand his way of thinking as he feels hacking into private property may cause more of a reason for people in the UK and the US to rebel against the government.

Think my frown was back down yesterday when I had the worst hangover on record
“As it's Monday again now do we paint the frowns back on now? Not that it makes a whole lot of difference to me generally! Being a mum of young children seems to give the groundhog day effect!”
